No_OnE
I'm thinking of doing the Lost City Quest once I get level 60 attack. My attack is a lot higher than my other combat skills ( especially prayer ) so I was wondering how hard it would be to complete that quest with the stats shown: I would be wearing mithril armor and be wielding a rune scimmy. Could you tell me if it would be possible for me to complete this quest? NOTE*** -- I KNOW THAT I NEED 31 CRAFTING AND 36 WOODCUTTING NOTE*** -- THE ATTACK WOULD BE 60 BY THE TIME I START IT EDIT -- The majority of people say mage. This is what I am thinking now... I will level mage up to about 35 and use firebolt. I know a friend who did this so I've decided to try it. Any opinions?
PumpkinPete112
good luck your really gonna need it. Take chaos, air, and earth to mage it and try to find a safespot. Im f2p but ive been reading up on the quest. Remember you cannot take weapon! Sig
tintmangbpack
well considering you can't take any melee weapons or armor with you to fight the spirit. I would say you would have a hard time. I would suggest you get your mage up higher and kill the spirit with mage because you can take runes and there are some pretty good safe spots. Your true character is what you are like when you believe there are no repercussions.
Dr_Elephant
As long as the safe spot is still there, you should be able to range it. Ranging is about your only option since you have to make your weapons and armour on Entrana (no bringing your mith). It will take you much longer to kill it off with 20 ranging, but I think it's possible. You may want to train ranging instead of attack. Edit>>> I completely forgot you can mage it and not even worry about making weapons/armour. I chose range over mage because I had much higher range at the time of the quest.
