Thieving training question

Im trying to get to 53 thieving for desert treasure and im 40 right now. I was wondering would it be faster to train guards from 40-45 then 45-53 train on Fremenicks or just guards all the way?

the best way to lvl up thiveing i think is to steal from stalls but im not an expert at this

I'd say guards all the way. They give preyyy good xp. Also, as your theiving level goes up, your success rate will also increase.

Master farmers are the easiest, quickest and most profitable way to 55.

Training on Master Farmers was how i did it. Also now you can steal wine from the stall near there for health :) .

I used fremmy's, 2 days training from 45 to 53, and when you're low on health just steal a ton of fish from the fish stall and cook it

Heh, I thaught of that too when it came out. Too bad Jagex was about 4 months too late for me... (thinks of all the cakes and lobs wasted).

Definitely the master farmer in Ardougne. Go steal about 10 cakes, steal from the farmer until your cakes are gone, bank, steal cakes, etc. You'll get levels pretty quickly, and probably 100k or so worth of seeds, maybe more depending on your luck getting ranarr seeds.
