April 26, 200620 yr I believe it's part of a f2p quest. It has no use after the quest is done. No point in keeping it either, if you haven't started the quest yet. You get it from someone to take to someone else. I think its the Rune Mysteries quest actually...

April 26, 200620 yr Actually it's from the Shield of Arrav quest. You get it when you kill Jonny the Beard in the Blue Moon Inn.
