Best place to stun/curse?

Featured Replies

I tried zombies under mage guild, is there somewhere better?

At 83 mage wearing full rune, i still seem to cast successful way too often.

Hopefully there is somewhere with more monsters or high mage def ones.

Anyone know??

Thx

What is your magic attack stat?

With full armor, dragon vambraces, and a water staff I get -65.

That is enough for me, at level 80 magic, to always fail Curse.

I like to cast in multi-combat zones just in case a Curse does hit.

So, I use the Varrock sewers.

You can cast from the key room across the water into the 4 zombie ladder room.

Or, try the red spiders at the end of the sewers.

Hope this helps.

Zammy mage under varrok castle, he's exelent for curse/stun.

Just try it, but dont let anyone kill him....it takes around 5 minutes to respawn

Full rune, dragon vams, and metal boots. Then you'll fail 100% of the time.

At that point you can go anywhere you want. You chose a monster that can't hurt you and turn autoretaliate off and stand right next to him. My favorite choice was ducks at the fishing guile because those people are often fun to talk to.

Currently: Using 63 hunter to get some of those "Chins", then I'm going to range stuff down. Interruptions of agility when I feel like it, as well.

And lucky enough to get 4 Dragon and 6 Barrow Drops.

That works, but that place is boring :(

So with the vams and metal boots you can then go anywhere you want and talk to people, yay :) . All metal boots and vams work the same btw.

You could give... Idk... Blue drags a try? Taverly Dungeon. Who cares about the ppl who'll get annoyed by it? How about the Black Dragons in the Evil Chicken's Lair?

I like at the chasm mine, the scorpions. Stand over the edge, where you are about 15 feet above them, then click curse, click scorpion, repeat.

Good idea, I'll try that.

I'M BACK FOR SUMMER BABY

If you can use just runes and no staff, do it that way. The staff gives a big magic attack bonus. Don't wear an amulet either. I'm F2P and I find the ducks near the Champions' Guild or the Rats just below the manhole of Varrock Sewers the best for Cursing.

I was having no problems with the werewolf in canifis bank. It's fun to hear about the whip drops and barrows winnings while you level.

PM me in game to use some skills of mine (glories/potions) free or to ask a question.
