I don't really see any way you'd be able to do it. just get up your mage up a notch (it won't affect your combat level once you get higher melle stats, maybe wait till then? i dunno :wink: ) and you can easily kill it behind mushrooms with even air bolt

Couldn't possibly kill it with air strike can i?

If you take enough runes (i.e. a lot for air bolt) you can.

 

 

 

There are a lot of safe spots for both mage and range. It would take a while but you could do it.

 

 

 

Anyway, if you wanted you could raise you mage much higher (68 until next lv) without gaining any more cb levels, so if you want to use stronger spells you can.
