Blacklist for Suggestions forum

Could a Suggestion Blacklist be added to the Discussion and Suggestion Forum?

It would include things that Jagex have said they will never incorporate into the game, like Horses, D Pl8s etc.

The amount of regurgitated suggestions is getting a bit tedious now.

I think Loge means put a sticky on the runescape suggestions board.

I'm kind of neurtal on this, we don't want to many stickys on a board, makes it look messy.

There are only two stickies on the board at the moment. A third would hardly make the place messy considering some of the other forums which have five/six stickies.
