Ok, it's pretty good. I would suggest giving the text a drop shadow by first drawing the text in black, then drawing it again, this time in yellow, but making the second txt one pixel higher then the first text.

 

 

 

Also, on the textbox, it's "name: *" as opposed to "name:*"

 

 

 

You definitely have potential :D
