May 9, 200620 yr I need to download Paint.Net for school "work" ;). Ive got Terragen but its so slow to render :( at shool at least, at home is fast ^_^.

May 9, 200620 yr From the look of that, gradients are alot harder to do in Paint.Net that PS. Just clicking and dragging is alot easier that needing to do 3 rectangles and a gaussion blur. :o
May 9, 200620 yr Author Yeh, but depends on what shape you do, how dark it is, where it is, how much canvas it fills, etc you can really get your design to precisely how you want. Anyway, CS2 coming sometime in the next 3 days. :D I'll still carry on with this, but won't be doing as much Paint.NET Work.

With a simple click and drag of the mouse. ;D
May 9, 200620 yr Author Yeh, tis pretty good, but I think I'd prefer doing my own... Maybe when I've tried CS2 I might change my mind... Not sure. But I made this for those who aren't allowed/can't afford PS, so they can make easy and simple images that look better than MSP can give. :)

May 14, 200620 yr Author Really really need to work on this tutorial... Mmmkay... Right. Maybe you're typing text on a layer below another image. If so, when you're on the layers thingy, go to the top layer, or create a new one, and type on that. Then you'll be able to see the text.
