I used to play crystal on GBC while riding in the car or waiting for my heat at the bmx races. nationals can be like 2 hours between heats.

 

 

 

I had an insane amount of hours. something like 300. had almost every pokemon. traded, gold,silver,red,blue with my bro. He was a nut case. Had 100+ hours on every GB game up to crystal including green and yellow.

Any pokemon with a number of 152 or higher doesn't exsist to me.

 

 

 

Agreed. It just got too confusing after that... Red, Yellow and Blue Rocked...gold and silver was alright...just added a bit of a variety to it. Everything else after that was ugh...

Amen. :P I spend countless hours on my red version game and ended up with 149 Pokemon. I never could find anyone with the one that I lacked (I can't remember which it was), so being a 10-year-old who was bored, I restarted my almost completed game.

I think they've run out of names for most of the pokemon these days. Now instead of having cool names, they're just like 'treemon' 'diggermon' and garbage. I play it occasionally, but there must be like 50 pokemon games around which kind of puts me off.

 

Anyone know the newest game so I can 'buy' it?

 

kinda like when south park do a rip of of pokemon, called chinpokemon (or something along those lines.)

On topic, i was hooked on everything pokemon when i was around 9-11 years old, i've even got one of those limited edition Pokemon nintendo 64s. I had yellow version and loved it to bits, got pikachu to lvl 99 and had like 130 caught. untill i got angry when i didnt catch mewtwo or some thing and threw my game boy out the car window, along with my addiction, and put volcom and zelda stickers ove the pokemon designs on my 64.
