donutjunkie
well i had to kill bronze dragons for slayer and ive taken a liking to killing them, so far ive only killed 2, having teleported away after i ran out of food, what i want to know is when will i be able to kill them effectively because today i rarely ever hit them and once i run out of prayer i don't last very long. so suggested combat lvls? suggested inventory? please note that i am a warrior and will stay one current: combat lvl 82 equip rune pl8 legs d long anti dragon fire shield inventory fally tele runes, lobsters, 2 rings of recoil help me! i finally quit runescape to play world of warcraft. i play on frostmourne, alliancecheck out my threadhttp://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=479665&highlight=
ishepp
You will find that 95% (maybe more) of metal dragon killers use anti fire potions and mage them. This way you won't have to run away every 2 dragons, but you can stay until your pots/runes run out. 89/99 farming
hamgod316
You can use prayer pots and anti-fire pots. It gets very expensive per trip but it's the best way to go if you're going to melee. I use this method and I wear all the prayer boosting gear. Equipment: - full initiate; holy symbol; legends cape; anti-fire shield (must have); climbing boots; dragon or barrows gloves; DDS; whip or dragon mace (prayer bonus); Inventory: A few prayer pots (depending on your prayer lvl), antifire pots, some food just in case, Ardy tele, hatchet, super att and str to be more effective killing machine, and 905gp to get to the dungeon from Ardy. - Affliction - 100 Combat - 9/15/06Merchant / Skiller

ming_sect4
You shouldn't wear metal armour. You should wear monk robes because the dragon uses fire most of the time. Fire is kinda like magic attacks so protect from melee and monk robes works best.

Nanosauromo
NO! You'll be praying, and initiate gives better prayer bonus than monk. You only have to type four extra keys for me to not think "ur" an idiot.solardeathray.teensupergenius.com

jonno53
my suggested inventory is  about 20 antifire potions  your best mage armour (wearing) antifire shield (a must) a little food (just in case) and as many runes for a good spell as you can afford then go to the dragons and take an anti fire pot, stand at least 3 squares from the dragon, and mage like heck. take an antifire potion redose everytime the message "your potion protects you from the heat of the fire"(i think) stops showing. you wont need food or prayer, unless to stand too close to the dragon, and you can last as long as you have anti fire potions and runes this in my oppinion is the best way to kill the dragons, as i managed to kill about 80 iron dragons with similar inventory, using about 2k water waves killing off the TET, one newb at a time :^_^:im cutting back on rs now due to rl issues (college), my sig stats havent been updated in a while...
