Just good ole' Notepad and a few years experience with PHP and another little trick I discovered after an hour or so of fooling around.

No I do not use premade scripts...I write them all myself. If anyone wants to question my signature filesize, I can prove they are all under 20kb each. Also, anyone can easily right click > Save As...and save it somewhere and view the filesize. And the sigs are meant to have the same style...and there is more than just the colors changed.

I'm sorry but PHP scripts wich don't show the filesize are not allowed, you'll have to rewrite the script and/or remove it untill the filesize (Bytes) is visible on the file properties.

I would like to keep my script in my signature. I am not one to break the rules set but I did not see posted that PHP scripts were not allowed and have seen many others with the same sort of script. I can prove to you that each image meets the forum requirements. You can also save the image to your computer and view its filesize that way. I dont know of a way through PHP to change the properties. Also, could you perhaps explain the purpose of the [developmentally delayed]ed rule?

Oh and why would Gaia Online allow them if they caused such a security breach? Gaia Online (http://www.gaiaonline.com) is a huge online roleplaying community. They have around 4k-8k people online at a time with almost a million accounts total. If they caused some sort of problem, surely they would not allow them.

Lot's of people have slower internet connections, and there's a size limit (kb) so they don't have to wait forever for all the pictures to load. The 300x150 is mainly so that the pages won't get cluttered up with pictures.
