indy500fan Posted May 28, 2006 Share Posted May 28, 2006 "good" when talking about comedies could really mean one of two things. it could mean the movie is good, directed, written, acted, and produced all very well, or it could mean its really really funny. most comedies that have been coming out recently have been good in the "really funny" way. there are less comedies that are "good" from a movie standpoint, and i cant think of one off the top of my head that is really new. have to go back a year or two i think. that is, of course, just my opinion. oh, and the ringer was just "ok" in the "really funny" way, and not all that great in the "movie" way.
