i only have the outdated ms paint that came with my 2000 dell and i know it sucks compared to alot of ppl who do this but its my first try please tell me how bad it sucks :oops:

 

 

 

Anatomy a bit off... feet are wierd. other than that its good... well done.

It looks like you started with a drawing which is really good, a step above what I can do. The whole reason I'm mentioning this is because it looks like the face, hair, and hands haven't been changed from a drawing so the whole things looks kinda messy. Choose either a sketch or a pixel but not both in the same sig.

 

 

 

Anyways I like the shading but the studs look kinda like polka dots :oops: . The studs also take away from some of the detail on the upper body. You should try shading the magic bow a bit more to make it look less 2d, unless that's what you're going for of course.

 

 

 

Also it looks like it was saved as a JPG of GIF at some point because the quality is kinda messed up. Make sure you always start with a PNG and go with it all the way through.

 

 

 

Last comment is the text looks kinda boring. Try going into MS Word and getting a cool font. Then go into paint and outline the words in a darker color. This gives it a cool border and makes it stand out.

 

 

 

And speaking of a border, you need one. Nothing too fancy, just 2 or 3 pixels around the image. I think dark red would go well with this sig.

you could save as png as said above, but I prefer .bmp most, as the format says: Bitmap.

Now that you said, I might be in doubt...

Just did this quicky. It doesn't really match the other bits because I saved it as a PNG instead of a JPG. Colored the skin, eyes, and hair. I think it looks better without all the pencil.

 

 

 

Thats blatantly not just been pixelled theres loads of white space around the head like its been badly rendered.

 

 

 

Theres a total contrast of styles as well....
