I've heard a lot of people complaining about bugs with the new skill/poh's, yet a lack of people actually reporting the bugs. Why?

How do you know that the people 'complaining' about the bugs are not reporting them?

complainers never report, all they do is come on the forum, say how they lost all their stuff, and are quitting.
