no_way2go
Well probably someone else DOES know your passw, it is possible that that other pc that you went on had a keylogger or other trojans that are able to get your password. Tried filling in your recovery questions & details at the "I forgot my password" thingy to get a new one? - Back to casual f2p scaping due to limited time (university and girlfriend ) -
justj2
as i said, over 5 times and the computer i went on (when i was last on it) has no virus, no trojan or anything, its clean, anything that wants to get to any of my/our computers has to get through 3 firewalls and 2 seperate anti virus systems... and how someone knows my password is near enough unbelieveable, not only was it the most complicated one i ever thought of, i never said a word of it and me and my friend made the comps i/we use and used so we have controll of them, no keylogger... Loge_05
Customer service has been a bit slow to respond in recent weeks with the new updates being released. All I can advise is to send another message to Jagex asking why they still feel your account unsafe. I hope you did change your password and recovery questions also, just in case. Offline and unavailable.

pokemama
People say it may take 5-6 times to recover a locked account. The VERY BEST way to prove to Jagex that "you are you" is to send them the details from a payment statement (assuming you are a member). Some people even suggest identifying unique items in your bank (such as the color of your kitten, again members lol), but I don't know if that really helps or not. Perhaps sending the IP of the two computers would also identify that you are you - especially if your e-mail account registered with jagex is hosted on the same IP that you were normally using. Good luck. it's a lot easier to get over yourself when you look at intelligence the same way you look at beauty, or height, or eye color: being smart is easy, but being good is hard ... being smart is handed to you, being good is handed to *nobody*. justj2
ok i will try all of that... itl be the.....8th time ive tried so im repeating most of what ive told them, does telling them friends (on list) help? second account names... etc? I might make a list of everything you guys (and girls) tell me lol Payment number(s): unknown, used Mob (mob number maybe?) Bank items: cash? armour, weapons... how many fly fishing rods i have? (bank pin?) IP(s) of computers: can and will find out (wehey) Print screens: uh oh.... i have one of when i was trying to sell some things (items) Levels: a bit sketchy (bad memory) but i can guess... some... lol(?) Contacting a pmod on rs forums: need to be unlocked (and be a member) to do that (in my memory anyway) Someone else knows my pass: laughable....
