Well considering I can get 507 Prayer Experience per point I spend at the mini game, and if I wait to cash in 100 Points, I can get 557.7 per point. Now lets do the math...

...that means I get 5,577 Prayer Experience per 10 points I cash in. With my new gilded altar, Dragon Bones give me 252 Prayer exp. 5,577 divided by 252 is about 22 Dragon Bones. I can find Dragon Bones for 2,400 Gp each...meaning for 10 Points of Pest Control used on Prayer, I can basically get 53,000 Gp worth of Experience.

Kind of beats the crap out of your 20k gp, eh?

It all depends what youre after. If you dont want prayer, but want herbs, then in my eyes herbs would beat the crap out of your 53k worth of exp, as long as its what you want.

all im trying to say is the herb packet isnt worthless, as many other rewards have been in the past

If herbs are what you want, you'd be best off going to the Chaos Druids and getting them there.

Not saying Dragon Bones and Prayer Exp couldn't be obtained in far easier ways, but on the whole the Prayer exp would be the better value of the two. And if you value a mere, what, 2-2.5k Herblore exp over more than double Prayer exp then you might need to be re-thinking your strategy on Runescape.

Either way, it's a waste to use the exp on anything other than HP. Hp is the only skill on there than takes 3 times it's exp in another combat skill to get. I mean...why waste your points on, say, Strength Exp, when you could use it on Hp?

It takes 9.000 Strength exp to earn 3,000 HP exp, but it only takes 3,000 Strength exp to earn 3,000 Strength exp. Get my drift?

Runescape is luckily not a game where everyone wants to achieve the same things. Why wouldn't i want 2.5k herb xp rather than prayer xp? What if i don't want a high combat lvl but want to be able to make my own super sets? I would personally say that you could use the points on whatever you want. For me alching is very tedious and i am sure i'll rather spend my time playing pest controll rather than alching. my xp per hour is just about the same too ;) atleast that's what i found out before te 10% bonus. i can wait 100 tickets before cashing in. it'll save me time too. no 100 clicks for me :)

Who knows, those 100 clicks could be the clicks that gives me tendinitis in my right index finger
