i went into con thinking great a dungeon with steel drags woot! thinking that u can get the drag bones and d legs and skirts as a kinda payback the the sink hole con is but upon my pal getting 97 con and using the tea the shock the horror of finding out just like the marble stairs the steel drag is only for looks!!! yes no drops less exp for killing it then the regular steel drags and 0 drops!!! now im almost at 70 i look at my dream of having my own dungeon with monsters to train on for myself and pals and getting drops of dbones dragon drops and clues.but my friends discover has left my dreams shattered and me sickend at att the money i wasted foolishly so con it was a nice dream but in the end u lied to me and left me to rot sickend over the cash that took me a yr to save to be wasted on a pipe dream that was never meant to be

Sorry to hear that but construction is designed to be a money sink. If everybody had a steel dragon that they could train on, that would defeat the entire purpose of the skill.

still there should be a way after all that cash to get some back but jagex is sneaky like when u build your house they dont warn u that u cant remove supporting rooms or that a throne can only be built on the ground floor :x

Yeah, it's a shame a steel dragon gives no drops.

 

 

 

But be happy that your friend found this out so soon. Now you know and you can find another goal. And 70 construction is a good achievement no matter what! :)

Dunno why you'd be so surprised. Everyone has been talking about it being a price sink and all. Why would they make you throw away all that GP to only allow you to make more GP from it?
