can i please get some info on if i can download any sig programs like abobe ps or jasc paintshop pro for free and that its not a trial?

There are many programs you can use depending on one thing, and that's how much cash you have. If you have about $200-$300 to spare (price obviously varies by the store you go to) you can get one of the best graphic programs out there called Adobe Photoshop. Another alternative if you do not have that much cash is to get Macromedia Fireworks, i'm not exactly sure how much it cost but I do know it is cheaper than photoshop. However, if you are extremely short on cash or have none at all you can download a program called Gimp (as zzxxccvv mentioned earlier) which is completely free to download.
