looks like him. But change the colors, you can hardly see the outline and it hurts my eyes.

usually, but it's kinda boring always having a blue megaman, so i changed him ooh well, he also changes colours when using special weapons from bosses.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

so more difference in colours...going to work..

it looks like you just took a megaman sprite, pasted it into paint, colored all of the existing pixels some tealish, ugly color, and then drew a 10 second background

the bg is 10 second, i give you that, since it's only there to give you a better idea of what it looks like instead of posting it on a white bg, but the rest i do not wish to agree with...
