im doing the "rag and bone man" quest and i have all the bones of all the creatures except the monkey. i have been to karamja numerous times to try to kill a monkey but everytime i try the monkey just says something like, "ook ook!" or " ah ah ah ah !" and runs away without taking damage or letting me atack it? any ideas? :roll:

you could try to range them??

i remember i had that problem when i was doing money maddness. U need either runes for spells or rnage gear no close combat.

Mini is correct. After that quest is done though, I believe you can melee them.

it worked but its funny because as i was shooting it , it was screaming " you cant catch me" and then i killed it and i collected its dead corpse and its paw....... so now i have a monkey corpse in my bank......... u think i could take it to the taxidermist and put it in my house? lol

I've started it. Can someone answer my question?

You need to do Tai wo bwanna trio (sp?), where the monkey bodies are used, if you have done it I think they revert back to normal monkey bone swhen they die.

I'm confused, some guys say Trio Bow Wannai Trio others say monkey madness. Can someone please confirm which is correct? I started both too long ago to remember.

Well I've done monkey Madness, I still get monkey corpses, I know Tai Bwo Wannai trio, the monkey corpse is a quest item, so I'm hedging my bets on that.

I can state with complete confidence that the Tai Bwo Wannai Trio quest is what changed killing monkeys. (Once upon a time you got bones.) As stated above, without the quest you must range or mage them.

 

 

 

For the purpose of monkey madness and making greegrees, it is acceptable to bring EITHER bones OR a corpse - the greegree will be successful regardless.

you can get them with hallys, i dont no about others but it works with dragon :D
