When you make homemade tea ( being tea made in your very own home :P), you'll get a +2 construction bonus for a few seconds. You can even build rooms you shouldn't be able to, i made skills room for example at lvl 24. Hope this helps some people.
June 17, 200620 yr It's been posted loads of times before. And the skill bonus you get depends on the level of shelves you have, I believe the max you can get is +3 which is with Teak Shelves.
