Cooking might be the only skill u can buy in f2p, in members it's alot easier to do for example with smithing u can easily break even while getting 99 smith with cannonballs. slow i addmit but free.

Whoever appeals to the law against his fellow man is either

a fool or a coward.

Whoever cannot take care of himself without that law

is both.

For a wounded man shall say to his assailant:

"If I live, I will kill you, If I Die, you are forgiven."

Such is the Rule of Honor.

Yep. Those explanations are pretty much it. You buy the stuff to level up. And you keep doing that to level 99. Obviously you can't buy all skills.

I think you lot have the wrong end of the stick, I think that he actually is confused about people saying you can buy skills to 99. You cant actually buy a skill to 99, but what people mean is you can but materials to train it up real fast.

I hope I am right.

Yeah. That's what I meant when I said "You buy the stuff to level up. And you keeping doing that to level 99."

Buying materials and selling the products for cooking and runecrafting is the only way you can get 99 without losing money for f2p skills.

If you mean buying 99 skills as in paying for it, I'm not sure but there arent many ways to buy xp with cash.

At the MTA if you sell stuff and get people to give you gp and you put in the chest i heard you still get some magic xp for it.

With construction you can pay for xp by building monsters over and over again, but then again IT WILL STILL COST TIME.

You could also buy your way to 99 in smithing but you'd lose money. A lot of money. Unless what you do is buy the stuff for steel bars and only make steel bars and sell but that'd be even slower than p2p and cannonballs.

You can't buy 99 skills.

You can buy the items needed for 99 in a skill.

You still need to train it.

the only skills you cant buy to 99 is mining, wc, fishing, melee (att, def, str) and hp. none of these skills require buying raw materials. magic, ranged, craftng, smithing, prayer, fm and cooking all use raw materials which are tradeable
