June 20, 200620 yr Well, i'm off to camp for 2 months, and am debating giving my pass to a trusted rl friend that i go to school with and would never steal from me. Thats not the problem however...i may give to him just to look after for me make sure nothing happens in the game that i want to do thats temporary but am unable. Should i give it to him to look after for a little bit? He's not actually going to be playing as me, just loggin in temporarily just to check it out..won't be using my skills or fighting on anything. All i'm worried about is that if he gets a keylogger and logs in without knowing. Jagex usually warns us 2 weeks head of time before such things. Then gives us another 2 weeks to do the events. I dont think anything will happen that you'll miss forever. Its usually on the holidays. Help drive change Canada
June 20, 200620 yr Well, I hate to be a pain. But even if your friend is trustworthy and just "checks" out your account and goes onto it just for specail events. You'll probably get banned for account sharing, Jagex will notice your different ip adresses, and well, you may find yourself banned because of your 'friend'. I mean NO OFFENSE by this, I'm just tellin' you what might happen.

June 20, 200620 yr give your friend a number where he can reach in you in case of such an event. Previously known as Monkeybeast0.
June 20, 200620 yr You'll probably get banned for account sharing, Jagex will notice your different ip adresses, and well, you may find yourself banned because of your 'friend'. If jagex bans you just for using a different ip address then thats dumb cause I play at my friends house a lot. But yeah don't give him your pass. You have the right, and people have the right to hate you for it.Thus, the circle of life is complete.Take the Magic: The Gathering 'What Color Are You?' Quiz.

I play at home, on library computers, and at a different library's computers. They gonna ban me because I don't have a laptop?
