construction update. you need a certain level construction with a certain item in your house. you use the runes that require the teleport with soft clay and make a tele tab. they can be traded and give no xp when you use them, only when you make them. anyone can use them, even level 1 mages.

No for real though, you use clay on a lecturn, i think its like 67 construction to make a house one.
