June 24, 200620 yr yeah... im looking to compose music :P now im not talking guitar blah blah rock or anything like that i want to just play around like a dj, or make some "funky beats" :P i dont know were to start though what is some software that i could use to start out? *i dont play instruments so pre-made samples in the software wouled be nice*
June 24, 200620 yr Erm .. theres that one called .. uhh Dance Ejay I think. It probably is one of the easiests to use, my brother make's some really cool beats with it. i am a paint noob

June 24, 200620 yr if you're going to start to create some beats, for the love of god be slightly original and use different time signatures to 4/4.

June 24, 200620 yr If you by any chance have an Apple like my school do, I would heavily advice GarageBand.. it's an extremely easy to use programme only for Apple computers which allows you to play through a keyboard to record loads of different sounds of instruments, you can set up a microphone with a Lexicon box and record straight into the computer, and has a number (loads) of pre made tracks that you can play around with.
