Kelv912
What is the best weapon to train for str, def, and atk? I'm a member.
Giordano
Attack is a whip Str I think its a d2h "The cry of the poor is not always just, but if you never hear it you'll never know what justice is."
MrSScope
Attack and defence definately whip.. Strenght would be D scimmy for a normal weapon or full Dharoks at low hp.. To Nick: D2H is wayyy too slow to be effective for training.. 99 cooking / 99 magic / 99 ranged / 99 hitpoints / 99 herblore / 99 defence Quoted for truth, wisest thing I've heard anyone say on Runescape. That is, if you hit higher than a 0 for the dds spec.
Kelv912
I have 55 atk, 60 str, and 55 def. I think the whip needs 70 atk.
Noctis
I have 55 atk, 60 str, and 55 def. I think the whip needs 70 atk. Why didn't you say so? Get a Rune scimi.
MrSScope
Indeed, use rune scimmy to train att up to 60, do lost city and use d long for all 3 combat styles till you can use better.. 99 cooking / 99 magic / 99 ranged / 99 hitpoints / 99 herblore / 99 defence Quoted for truth, wisest thing I've heard anyone say on Runescape. Noctis
But dds attack faster The amount of damage that the D Long can do makes it better.

You don't get poison EXP? What's your point? :?: Anyway, I'd train with dragon battleaxe, it's best to save a super strength potion.

I think he means that since you don't get xp from the poison doing damage, that makes training slower.
