while i was cutting yews today, there was a person with a dragon woodcutting axe, he said that it cuts yews 15% faster than rune woodcutting axe. can anyone confirm this? or even tell me if it is true or not? :?:

Nope, dragon wc axe cuts at the same speed as rune.

It's the same ratio as rune, not 15% faster.

I think its like 15% better fighting wise. Like if you used it as a weapon.

er.. it is great for combat, as its spec does some heavy stat damage - it also helps on higher level tree spirits, it looks cool. and jagex confirmed that it cuts same speed

Takes care of Tree spirit 15% more efficient than rune hatchets :P .

I believe when it first came out that Jagex said it's WC ability is no greater than that of a rune hatchet, it's just a better combat weapon.
