Lionheart_0
I was wondering if there is a way that i can upload programs so people on here can download it. I have two projects to work on this summer, and they both involve programming in VB. I need people to test them out, i was wondering if the tip.it community was willing to lend a helping hand. I dont have anything yet, but i just want an upload site. Edit: Woot, here is a sample program that i made at school. http://zaden.imperialabsoc.com/Programs/ Dont worry, no viruses on my compy, and its only been on the school network and on my USB drive! Vape
Grab yourself some free webhosting that allows you to upload files. I believe geo-cities used to allow it back in the day.. although these forums censor geo-cities I think :-? Where the bloody hell are you?

Diminished2b
You need a webhost. If you want a SERIOUS webhost you'll need to pay monthly/annually/etc. Though http://xthost.info/ is great if you don't need a whole lot of space and don't need php. 30mb of space, no ads/crap. Instant registration.

Ard_Choille
If you happen to have a spare machine you want to dedicate to being a web server, you can host your own. There are tons of guides online that can walk you through the process of setting one up for yourself. - - My deviantART Page - -
Anesthesia
I tried running my own webserver for a while but for something as small-scale as that it's just not worth it. It can be hard to set up (not to mention set up securely) and if you want to use your connection for any games they'll grind to a halt if someone starts downloading from your webserver. I don't think it is worth it on a home ADSL connection considering the alternatives. You can also consider rapidshare.de and the site that ends in .com and starts with 'you', ends with 'it' and has a 'send' in the middle, neither of which are great but at least the latter can send large files (up to 1GB I think). I think that after a period of no downloads the file gets deleted. Some people are changed by being a moderator. I wouldn't be.
Eeeeediot
I wouldn't mind giving you a subdomain (ftp access) on my server if you like, just to help out yea :) PM me if you'd like to give it a try.
