Besides the Dragon Half in Legends Guild, I was wondering if there were any other random NPCs that sell shields. Borei Posted June 28, 2006 Share Posted June 28, 2006 Keldagrim weapon shop just south of the bank sells Black Kiteshields, but they're almost always sold out. There's also an armour shop run by a Dwarf at the Blast Furnace Minigame. This one sells Mithril through Runite (including shields), but it's stocked by player smiths so it tends to be a bit empty as well. Beyond that and the Falador shield shop I don't think there is much in the way of shields sold by NPCs EDIT: The TzHaar weapon shop sells Obsidian Shields for TokKul.
