hi, im currently 76 ranged, and i was wondering if i used 100k bronze arrows powertraining, would i be able to get it to 85?

Yes, you would. Probably a bit over 85 Range.

I believe you'll need approx. 10k more bronze arrows, give or take a couple thousand.

my calculations tell me i need 1.9M xp.

It about 18k exp for every 1k bronze arrows.
