Law run in World 66 for free Laws, then Tele to Cammy for fast xp. Completley free way of levelling.

You could also try crafting your own airs and minds (chaos if your P2P) and then going and killing something from a safe spot, such as the caged lesser in the wizard tower.

Fire strike? Good safe spot is on the mountain near the black knight's fortress. You can shoot the three guards that respawn near the backdoor of the castle.

Cheapest way would be to craft air and mind runes and use the lowest lvl spell, Or you can always buy an air staff and just use mind. Thatd be cheapest.

fire strike requires 3 runes--- fire, air, and mind... craft air and buy or rune for mind or make them and get fire staff

if you're looking for pure magic xp, then casting curse is better than fire strike

 

 

 

per spell, curse offers 29 definite xp points as opposed to the maximum 19.5 xp points you can get with fire strike

 

 

 

the trick is to wear equpiment that lowers your magic attack bonus (such as full rune) so that your spell fails every time

 

 

 

plus body and earth runes tend to be plentiful in the rune shops, so you can get each rune at less than 10 gp each most of the time :D

the caged lesser is slooooooooowww, goblins are ok 4 training low lvl mage cause they r fast 2 kill, theres always plenty of them in 1 place and good prayer xp. im using guards with fire strike at the moment and getting good xp
