paladin_5
when i was changing my password on an account i forgot what i changed it to right afterwards. now whenever i try to recover my account it says i didn't give enough details and says i need to mention about what time the account was created. in the extra details section i say when the account was made yet they keep denying me because i don't give account creation details. can anyone help me with this really bad problem? I am the Moses of noobs and non-noobs. They seek me for guidance.

Loge_05
Mention what items you have in your bank, what quests you have done, what your house looks like, where you live. Plus account details such as old passwords, friends (I'm sure you can remember at least 3) and any messages you may have had from Jagex. Offline and unavailable.
