(thats what i thought) then a new guy pops up and says ill give you 4mill + full sara armour for a loar remain? how do i report 2 players for a noobish scam? and also i hope this post will stop a new player falling for the team scam to all new folk, genuine sales let u add them and dont mind waiting while you check other sites... some of the scams are so [cabbage]e i cant belive people fall for them ohh this is help and advice because new players might read it any way what is the most appaling scam you have seen involving more than one player?????????????? Besides, if both participants took part withing the same 60 second time frame you can get them both with one report. Granted only one name will be sent in with the report, but the report still shows everyone involved. In this manner a person could potentially be banned without ever having been directly reported. Pretending to sell to another player to raise/lower the price * Telling others to raise or lower the price of an item. "OMG noob item blah is worth so much more. Sell for this price". * Openly telling everyone to raise/lower a price. "Listen here whip owners, we're going to push the price up to 10 mil join me!". * Saying an item is rare when it is not to increase the price. * Ganging up with other players to raise/lower a price by filling the forum with threads buying/selling for that price. All of these are price manipulations and are unfair. By using these tactics you are scamming and you will be banned. You are welcome to sell your items at whatever price you choose, but remember, choosing a high price for an item does not make the item worth that value. The chances are, you will still have the item and push the buyers to another seller who has chosen a more modest price. If you are unhappy with the price of an item, wait and buy it or sell it when the market is more to your liking. This quote was taken from the Official Forums. I act interested and he tells me and another guy (lvl 23) to follow him. he goes to the draynor dungeon. (siren goes off....SCAM) "no thanks" but i stay to try and save the other guy. 76 then says he needs flax pickers. 23 then responds "im not a mem" 76 says, "np ill make you one." 23 says "really u serious" 76: you bet 23:thx how? 76: i jus need ur pass 23: dont scam me!!! me: dude its a scam... report him and leave! 76: nah man dont listen to him hes jealous im legit me: omg 76 your a jerk 23: ok 76: now log out for 2 mins ................... now it gets good.... 23: wow!!! your awesome 76: told ya 23: alright lets get some flax! 23:c mon 76: wait! (to me) you interested now? 76: i need one more me: so sad........ and very bad acting tsk tsk tsk There was more but i want to keep it to a minimum, but it was rather amusing, yet highly disappointing.
