omg...he bought it. I will honestly tell you all, there is simply no way to make money that fast, or easily in RS. Any site that advertises false ads, can have no genuine experience in the game. ...for example, I'd think that someone 100+ would have the perspicasity to know that there are not 9999k p-hats in the entire game, or any Abyssal Dolls :-# . so I'd say, (in the female computer voice) "you've got scam" :twisted:

i feel ya solid.... everyone jus criticises but offers no suggestions. the pure ess thing is almost a desparate thrust by Jagex (god bless them) in their boundless war against scamming, autoing, cheating scum that deserve to perish in hell with all pedophiles and terrorist sympathizers... But as far as the ess thing goes i think the extra exp is a bit extreme (not so much increase). but i do believe the f2p intro and the quest req might help. Perhaps it could require: 20 rc, 30 mining, and 700 total lvl, but not the mage, as not everyone lvls that. but the high total would weed out autoer acc's.

I myself being a f2p guy, am free to bash them as i see fit, and i will therefore conclude that we fortunate to even have this much... The entire f2p version is clearly designed to "recruit" members and rightfully so. Jagex is in fact a company, believe it or not. Oh and before you flame me try to remember the last time you paid a monthly bill for other peoples continued enjoyment. In my opinion these guys (jagex) are saints, having given me countless hours of free entertainment. (this post is directed to those who whine about f2p's shortcomings, not the f2p crowd in general) btw I have fell for the ploy and will have a membership in the next month . :twisted:

Ok toxic I may have misunderstood, but you made it seem as if multiple accounts were against the rules, when in fact it is completely legal. Drop-trading and multiple logging are against the rules. and jwrm having 10 accounts is absolutly ridiculous... ON-TOPIC: I fully suppport this tweek as a means of deterring the aforementioned, and loathed, lvl 3 no-stat millionaires. :twisted:

Sadly I myself am lacking in Firemaking, and the reason is simply as you said, NO USE IN F2P. True there are total benefits, but with my low stats that isnt feasible anyway. I really think Jagex should stop and try to build on the firemaking skill. I dont have even a remote idea as to how, but I'm sure there are those who do. Oh and flamers, BRING IT ON!!!

I have made a similar post in issy's gf/bf thread, but I post again with hopes of starting new movement in Runescape. I am disgusted with the current state of my much beloved mmo, Runescape. Everywhere I look there are scammers, "Jagex filters ur pass, ****** look," pointless begging, "N00B needz free stuf, need a rich bf" and blatant profanity, "**** u." We are also swamped with an influx of macroing, adware, and real world item trading. Now truth be told I in no way condone such responsibility in the "real-world," A- it is not feasible, and B- I believe in every man for himself. But can we not have a shot at that perceptual utopia in Runescape? -I too dreamt of a Runescape in which everyone had real names that lent an authentic aura to the game, like Sir Saldez, Valfodr, Baphetmet, and Lady Sophia. -I too dreamt of a runescape in which everyone embraced the pseudo-fantasy/medievil theme of the game and acted in accordance with such. ... of a runescape in which everyone realised that there is in fact an entire dictionary chock-full of alternatives to the much cliched f*** and c*** s******. ... of a runescape in which i could escape from work, school, and my girlfriend, and relax. -I too dreamt of RUNESCAPE sorry if that was corny but I am completely serious, and DISGUSTED by the current state of RS. sadly issy i must say that i support your logic 100%, but i am forced to disagree with any new rules. It just wouldnt be feasible. For instance the act of asking for a bf/gf is not offensive or vulgar, hence it is not a disruption to the "cleanliness" of the game. Additionally it is essentially the same thing for one to ask, "N00b needz free stuf." Now following the flow, one can equate that to "need free arrows now!" and further more to "please excuse me, but is there anyway you could spare me 100gp." So sadly there is no fine line on which to base any solid rule. The name change is too complex on account of the system on which rs runs. it might really work because the system has a certain interval in which it updates all changes, and the double click might be to fast... say the prayer declines at X/sec, the double click may be too short for the system to take account, but still sufficient to reset the count... (by the way this is just a RANDOM pondering)

i did it at 42-str 40-att 40-def with full addy (w/ anti d), str pots, rune scimmy, 8 lobbs and 6 apple pies, and was dangerously close to dying... i'd definately wear rune chain and legs if i had to do it again... on topic: i really would def get my stats 40+ (for rune)

oh i'd like to draw attention to another "team" scam that some fella tried on me a while back..... This guy (lvl 76) walks up and says now hiring. I act interested and he tells me and another guy (lvl 23) to follow him. he goes to the draynor dungeon. (siren goes off....SCAM) "no thanks" but i stay to try and save the other guy. 76 then says he needs flax pickers. 23 then responds "im not a mem" 76 says, "np ill make you one." 23 says "really u serious" 76: you bet 23:thx how? 76: i jus need ur pass 23: dont scam me!!! me: dude its a scam... report him and leave! 76: nah man dont listen to him hes jealous im legit me: omg 76 your a jerk 23: ok 76: now log out for 2 mins ................... now it gets good.... 23: wow!!! your awesome 76: told ya 23: alright lets get some flax! 23:c mon 76: wait!
