Lauxanna
Help...the McAfee Antivirus software on my comp keeps blocking Runescape. I went into my C: drive and deleted the McAfee files that I could find and was able to log into Runescape by not typing the www and instead typing http://runescape.com/ but now that's not even letting me on to Runescape. How can I completely delete any McAfee files from my comp so I can get on to Runescape. This is so frustrating...any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! Loge_05
Uninstall your anti-virus. DO NOT delete anymore the files as you may cause unexpected damage to your computer. Go to the control panel, click Add/Remove Programs and uninstall it that way. Then re-install it and change the options so that it does not block our RuneScape. Offline and unavailable. sheepdean
i have mcafee - to allow RS, download the OFFICIAL client (or other ones that involve swiftness of switching) and make mcaffe allow it. then you'll be fine Back by popular demand! And I guess I just wanted to tell you, as the light starts to fade, that you aree the reason, that I am not afraid, and I guess I just wanted to mention, as the heavens will fall, that we will be together soon if we will be anything at all. highlanders
You could, instead of removing it, make it inactive. Shuting it down.. I forgot how to do it.. It has something to do with the programs that automatically go active when you open your computer. If there's an icon at the bottom right of it, click on it and choose an option that will stop it from being active.. Anyway, hope that helps. 2480+ total
