July 4, 200620 yr They mean that a random event can come (say dwarf) and you wont be able to respond to it...It will attack you, you will die and all your stuff will be on the ground for people to piick up ;)

Also, its probably more geared towards public computers (librarys, school, etc...) so basically they're saying dont be an idiot and leave your account open for someone to take while you're gone.
