What? Its a sort of staff with you can teleport 5 times to Barbarian Village

 

How to get? On each lvl of the Stronghold there is a specific beast that's new in the game... That beast you need to kill

 

lvl1 Minotaur

 

lvl2 Flesh Crawlers

 

lvl3 Catablepon

 

lvl4 Ankou

as for number 2, its useful for us f2p'ers, since we don't have an amulet of glory and jagex doesn't let us make canoes

Just high alched a bone sceptre. It goes for nothing, not a single coin.

its for non members and u kill things in the duegon to get it it has 5 charges

 

to teleport to barb village there is no way to recharge it and well thats it
