Train on flesh crawlers and zombies on level 2 in the Stronghold of Security. You can AFK there too for a few mins on end if your defence is high enough, well I can. There's a room in the very northwest of level 2 and another just a bit southeast of that.

im currently 65 defence and i can easily survive at the fleshies. i have seen level 70s there dealing with the fleshies without too many problems. bring some food just in case.

yeah, i train there sometimes and i can just hover at around 9-20 hp...when i get down to aroudn 7 hp, i'll eat. the zombies usually hit you but not the flesh eaters. btw i have 55 def adn im lvl 69.
