SirHartlar
I would like to raise my construction from 20 to 60 + without having to rely on ToG for much longer. I was wondering what is the cheapest and possibly fastest way to raise it? After I get 60 + I want to demolish my house and refurbish it with more money so that it looks better. Severation
Hm, making clay fireplaces seems pretty cheap.
SirHartlar
Hm, making clay fireplaces seems pretty cheap. I would need nearly 9k clay to do that! Anyone else have any suggestions?
chenw
Oak planks are the best balance between speed, cheapness and access to raw materials. You can very easily get oak logs for 30-50ea, and if you hire a butler, you can let him do all the planking for you. I raised from 50 to 72 using this in about 24 hours (with private chat and other distractions) 6,924th to 30 hunting, 13,394th to 30 summoning, 52,993rd to 30 DivinationKiln Record (Post-EoC): W 25 - L 0, 14 Uncut Onyx, 8 Jad hits received (Best record: Two in the same kiln)Obby set renewed post update #2: 0QBD drops: 21 crossbow parts, 3 Visages, 1 Kites, 2 KitsMax Port Score [2205] Achieved: 27th April 2013 (World 2nd) Farmyard Rampage ranking: 12th, 50,000 Kills. I have a few more questions though: How often does the butler demand pay and will he charge me extra for planking logs? What should I use the planks to build? nephite
I like the oak suggestion. I usually do that myself or if I am trying for speed I use teak planks. If you want to avoid any cost to yourself but don't want to go the clay route there is a limestone mine north-east of varrock near the rag and bone man. You can mine as much as you want, use a chisel on the limestone to make limestone bricks and make a lot of stone fireplaces.
