You could try out the catopleans (sp?) (the third level of the stronghold of security). They're pretty good exp with decent drops, that is, for us F2P

i'm lvl 74 combat and i like to train on the flesh crawlers in the dungeon (theres a nice spot in the SE corner)

theyre aggressive no matter what your level, they have low def, and they barely do any damage :D

if you want drops though, you could try lessers or moss giants, though those tend to be crowded...

Are you training for loot or for exp?

If loot, then do Lessers, Ice giants, and Moss giants.

If exp, then kill monsters much lower than yourself that respawn quickly.

You earn exp for each hit that you do and not for the level of the monster that you kill,

so you may as well make it easy for yourself and go kill Pirates in the front part of the blurite cave.

Other monsters would work well also or course, but the Pirates

are nice because there are about 9 that spawn in a small area.

I normally don't even need any food when I train there.

You could also monsters in the Varrock sewers, Edgeville dungeon, Draynor sewers, Hobgoblins, etc.

Hope this helps

personally i think the fleshies are better than pirates for xp, since they're aggressive all the time and will come to you as a result (saves walking time :D )
