I think it's for the max xp caps now, because some people who got there first went to second because they had a higher skill total or name (alphabet) deal, I never fully understood it yet. :evil: no it's not that look a few pages higher on rs hiscores then u will see level 1474 with 17m passing the 1473 with 83m so it's a bug for sure And there are going to be tons of bugs in a table with over 1 million people.
