Best F2p training areas!

I need to know the best place to train range and meelee stats. My combat level is 94.

Also can u guys also tell me what should i level first-attack, defence or str

First of all lvl Def first so you get hit less and second of all if your going to range then The Moss Giants on crandor for both F2p and P2p But for melee The Crandor Island Lessers For F2p or your pick of monster in the members Dungon.

Range at lesser demons, moss giants are too slow and often crowded.

 

Train on ice warriors and ice giants for melee

Best F2p Training area in my opinion is by far the lvl 45 skeletons outside of elvarg. Is not often crowded and somewhat fast exp.
