Cannibal Corpse - Great work, and the vocals are simply amazing. Death - One of the best maintainers of Death Metal.. Really good lyrics, Chuck Schulinder was a great shredder. There's no way you can compare 60s bands with current bands, neither can you compare a genre like post-rock with hard rock, punk or metal. Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, and Van Halen. With all kinds of other honorable mentions, ie, Styx, Deep Purple, DIO. ;P ;P Like said, you can't really compare groups from different times (60's compared to 00's).
