How to get the skull sceptre

[The Observer]

Collect all 4 pieces from all 4 levels of the stronghold of security!

 

 

 

Monsters that drop them:

 

Left skull=minotaur lvl 27 (on the first floor)

 

bottom piece of sceptre=flesh crawlers lvl 35 (2nd floor)

 

top piece of sceptre=catablepons lvl 68/69 (3rd floor)

 

right skull piece=ankous lvl 86 (4th floor)

actually the monsters can be any level

 

 

 

for example, level 28 flesh crawlers also drop the bottom half and level 75 ankous also drop the left half

you can kill any level of each monster, its not a set thing. but i think you might have a higher chance of getting it on the higher level ones. ive been here killing cats for 2 hours lol :-k

Also on ankous, they can be level 76 and you can still get the left half of the skull. I found it easier for my combat level which is 56 to kill a level 76, just bring along a lot of food but killing higher levels might increase but I'm not sure.
