longer accepting attempts to recover it..

 

 

 

I recently got hacked and I have all my recovery's, account creation info, postal code, ip address, EVERYTHING! but i get that message when i try to recover my account

 

 

 

 

 

if u want to test it go to recover a locked account

 

 

 

and username aaquib2

 

 

 

email make it up

 

 

 

and someone else has changed my pass

 

 

 

then just type in random stuff for the answers and whether correct or not you will ALWAYS get that message!!

alright thanks, so whats new? and any idea how i can get my account back?? its so dumb, even when i contact jagex with my other account, their responses are the auto responses and go something like: go to recover a locked account and submit a recovery quest.

if someone typed in random stuff and recoverd yyour account, the person who typed in "Random" stuff would be the only person to know your password and might take it, Great idea.... :roll:

i meant random stuff in the recovery area just to see the result when attempting to recover it

oh so you mean, because there have been so many recovery problems they no longer will bother to help you get your account back? great customer service jagex!!!!

 

 

 

right a complaint to customer service is the only thing i can think of saying they cannot take your account off you if you can prove you are the owner its not your fault how many times a hacker tried to recover the account???
