need help with defence lvling!!

hey i am a lvl 82 with 62 def. and i need to find the best monster for me to kill.

 

i am using a whip with rune pl8, d skirt, obby shield/cape, glory, wealth and warriors helm.

 

if you could help me out that'd be awesome!

Lesser demons are good. :D

First off get a beserker helmet and a strength ammy. That will help you hit better. Then go to Brimhaven and hit up the fire giants. They give insane xp.. Then when you get within about 50k to your defense level do a little bit of PC.

Just get a Slayer Assignment and kill those monsters so u will lvl both of u r skills. If u choos Chaeldar (lost citi slayer master) then u get quite often fire giants at least i am

Slayer is awesome ive been a member for bout day and a half and i have 37 slayer and have managed to go up 3 combat lvls id suggest slayer!

I recommend against Fire giants, I'm also a lvl 82 and I have to eat 1 monkfish for each fire giant I kill :? . Wich is not good imo.

your defense is far too low for firegiants and since guth needs 70 def to wear, you are going to be downing mass food if you do not hally.

 

 

 

Stick to edge slayer master for now until at least 70 defense, as lost cities slayer master likes to give out 100+ mission worth of hard hitting monsters.

 

 

 

One way to blitz the def is just pick a wimp monster whose drops you like. if you like herbs and fire ruens, the flesh crawlers on second level of security stonghold drop an insane amount of loot - and hit for nil.

 

 

 

I personally had about 70 70 60 and to get herb up to 58 I leveled def to 70 there. A ton of herbs, over 50k fire runes 2k mist and easy banking with or without a charged glory.

 

 

 

For slayer a few things..

 

To limit the amount of damage you take doing slayer missions, use defensive mode and special excaibur for the free defense potion click. When you can, get a set of guthans as it will save enormous amounts of food..

 

 

 

Also, try and get ahold of a black mask, helps deal melee damge for slayer missions like a salve ammy does for undead.

well a good place si to find a monster that attacks u on its own and u dont care bout drops and minimize screen put to side so u see ur hp and u cna clcik on lob when u need and have tip.it up lol thats whta i do and xp just fliys by o ya i suggest u turn chat off also so ur friends dont think ur ignoring them gl on 70 def
