You posted 4 hours after he said that he was f2p :P Guards are OK for bodies.. but still they aren't going to be that regular. Tiaras give the best xp. they dont give the best xp, they give the most xp each. there's a huge difference. First of all you can only enchant 14 tiaras per run, and second of all you can only enchant 1 at a time. You can craft up to 28 ess per run, all in 1 click. Saying tiaras are the best rc'ing xp is like saying genie lamps are the best woodcutting xp. Sure you can get more xp by using the lamp, but they're so rare that its not worth it.
