The tip.it forum says that "underground" is unlocked at "level 13 alter ", the only alter i found is the "Chaos Alter" and the song didn't unlock.

 

Can anyone tell me how to unlock it, and where?

i think you may have gone to the altar where you runecraft chaos runes

 

 

 

the "Chaos altar" is simply an altar in the wilderness where you can recharge prayer...it's available in both p2p and f2p and there's a bunch of bone respawns

 

 

 

also, you can only get in from the north...the rest of it is surrounded by lava

 

 

 

it's toward the east end of the wilderness (around lvl 13, yes), east of the hero's memorial, southeast of the graveyard with tile and plank respawns, east-northeast of the air obelisk, and south of the black unicorns

There are plenny of chaos altars in the wilderness. Don't get them confused with the Chaos RuneCrafting Altar.

I have no clue where it is. But I remember when I once was a noob and foolishly entered KBD's Lair I unlocked that music piece. Maybe it could be in Lava Maze. I'm sure it's somewhere beneath us. After all it's called "underground" have you tried lava maze dungeon?

You're right it does say lvl13 wilderness altar.

 

 

 

It can't be underground lava maze since it's past 36 wilderness.

You are correct that this is what Jagex says. The odd thing is that Jagex has not marked the song as members only.

 

 

 

I was so anxious to find a good answer for you that I actually checked Other Fansites' (gasp!) music guides in an attempt to give you better info.

 

By the Chaos Altar at level 11 wilderness and at the Black Demons in Taverly Dungeon and Entrana Dungeon

on the world map off the runescape main page, you can easily recognize this location by looking at the eastern border of the wilderness
