How many hits must a man go-oh through...

Featured Replies

In how many hits (average) should I be able to kill a monster before I train on it? My defence is 44, with full rune armor.

Att: 42

Str: 45

Weapon: Rune B Axe

I would preffer not to have to use any food.

Thanks

hes looking to train, not get feathers. id recommend spiders on karijma, you should be able to kill them in 4-5 hits and at most they can do 3s.

I'd suggest getting some trout/ salmon to train with though. The choice fish for power fishers worldwide.

Well, I kind of think that you are asking the "wrong" question.

Generally speaking, you want to either train for loot or for fast exp.

For loot, train on higher level monster such as Giants, Demons, Dragons, etc.

For fast exp you want to be hitting constantly, non-stop.

Killing is not really the issue. You earn melee exp with hits and not with the monster's death.

So what you want to train on are monsters that are easy to hit and don't/can't hurt you as well.

Also, there should be plenty of them and they should not be overhunted by other players.

And, if you can do all that with little food used then you are in good shape for fast leveling.

So, a monster that meets they above requirement is the Pirate(s)

that spawn in the cave before you reach the Blurite cave.

They have about 23 HP and give 92 exp to a solo skill per kill.

There are about 9 that spawn in that cave and, IMHO, are not overhunted.

Since they are only level 26 (or so) they should be easy for you to kill without taking much damage.

Drops are bronze arrows, iron junk, gems, etc.

You are kinda far from a bank but you should not need to bank very often.

There are other monsters that you can try

(zombies, skellies, guards, etc)

but for fast leveling, I suggest monsters much lower than yourself.

Hope this helps.

well i would change baxe to a long but i think that you shouldnt be worrying on how many hits but just if u can kill it or not
