Potion Doses Suggestion

Ive had this idea for a long time, i think its finally time to suggest it.

 

I want an item introduced to the herblore shops for a few gp (could be a pipette - but what it is called isnt important).

 

The idea is to organise potion doses with it. You use this item with a (for example- 3 dose) potion and it store one dose (cant be drank), therefore leaving you with a "pipette" (possibly its examine description detailing what potion dose it contains) and a 2 dose potion.

 

 

 

This item would allow you to save bankspace, for example when your have 100 3 dose potions in the bank but you have just come back from killing something and you have a 4 dose and a 2 dose potion left. Currently there is no way to turn them into two 3 dose potions, but this pipette would allow you to convert them into two 3 dose potions, saving on precious bankspace.

 

 

 

Another use of this item would be to use it on a potion (to therefore put 1 dose of it into the "pipette" ) and then use the "pipette" with an empty vial, creating a 1 dose potion. This would be useful if you want a quick combat trip, and want to boost stats, but need the inventory space to pick up loot. Using these 1 dose potions you could drop the vials, whereas currently you would have to drop the rest of the potion (which is probably a 3 dose to begin with) therefore wasting two doses.

 

 

 

I hope you like and support my idea, and i wish it to be implemented into the game to make potions more organised and convenient.

It's because of all the different doses that I just make all my potions 4-dosers now, and try to use them all at once. I think it's a spiffy idea .. Heck, even just the option to choose how many doses you want your pot (1-3) would be nice.

I have wished for ages that they would add this. I usually only need two doses max when going on a killing spree and bank only 3 doses. This means that I end up having to either do another short trip or bank/drink the remaining doses. Heck they should make these cost like 1k each to drain a little cash out of the economy. :)

Yes, I've always wanted to make (1) potions.
